The "Back to Basics" Package

Continuous phone, text and email support throughout pregnancy

24/7 on-call support from 38 weeks onward

Continuous labour and birth support

2 hours immediate postpartum care

1 postpartum visit (2 hours) to check in, debrief, & provide care as needed

The "Standard" Package
Ideal for first-time parents or if you feel you need a prenatal refresher
Everything included in the Back to Basics Package plus:

2 in-person prenatal visits where we go over the labour process, as well as specific comfort measures, positions, coping techniques, etc. in more detail

A Body Ready Method body assessment - I'll take a look at your body’s alignment and movement patterns and provide you with customized feedback and exercises to help you prepare for a smoother birth & postpartum

A nourishing postpartum meal prepared for you

The "Ultimate" Package
Ideal if you're wanting some extra education, postpartum support and looking for the ultimate confidence booster for your journey!
Everything included in the The Standard Package as well as:

A private prenatal class (2 hours)

2 extra 4-hour postpartum shifts (nourishing meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping, infant care, time for you to rest, etc!)

Passages Birth Pools
