Postpartum Support:
Because care for you doesn't stop when your baby is born.

(Serving the Brantford, Brant County, Hamilton, Cambridge, Haldimand & Norfolk County Areas)

At Selah Vie Doula Care, we believe postpartum is sacred—a tender window of time where your healing, your emotions, and your evolving identity as a mother deserve just as much care as your newborn.

This season can feel tender, overwhelming, and beautiful all at once—and you were never meant to navigate it alone.

That’s where we come in.

We’re here to help ease the load, bringing calm, nurturing support so you can rest, bond, and recover with care that meets your whole self—body, mind, and heart.

Our Postpartum Support Includes:

Infant Care
Gentle, loving support with bathing, diapering, swaddling, and soothing your baby—helping you feel confident and cared for in the process.

Infant Feeding Support
Whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or doing a combination, we’ll support you with both practical tips and emotional reassurance.

Sibling Support
Caring for older children so you can focus on rest and recovery.

Light Household Care
Tackling the small stuff—dishes, laundry, tidying—so your home feels like a soft place to land.

Nourishing Meal Preparation
Simple, nourishing meals made with care, because feeding yourself well is an essential part of healing.

Postpartum Resource Referrals
Need additional support? We’ll connect you with trusted local practitioners for lactation, pelvic floor care, emotional wellness, and more.

Emotional Support
A compassionate, listening ear—because being truly seen and heard can make all the difference.
